01-18-2020 11:33 PM. Hi Everyone, For some reason, I'm having difficulty getting straight answers on the net about finding a list of image stablized lenses that would work with the Canon EOS 5D Mark II which has a full-frame sensor. I would like to get a list of both Canon and third-part lenses that are compatible (Sigma, Tokina, Tamron).
I currently own a 6D (mark I) and am looking to buy a telephoto lens soon. My longer term plan is to upgrade to the 6D mk II in a year or two. So I'm now questioning the value of paying for IS on the Canon L 70-200 f/2.8.
